We’re pleased to announce that Chris Bruno has joined the DataUnion team as Chief Marketing Officer. As part of the ongoing development of the DataUnion ecosystem, we’re excited to grow the team with a specific focus on marketing for the project.
DataUnion is focused on building our DataUnion-as-a-Service platform as the building blocks to creating a new decentralized, and democratized, data ecosystem. Our priority is to create the infrastructure required to allow organisations, companies and individuals to come together to create DataUnions that allow all parties involved to benefit from the value created.
As our community continues to grow, a core focus for the whole team is how we can bring the principles of Web3 to all aspects of our business, not just our technology. We want to inspire collaboration in building our ecosystem, and as part of that we need our marketing channels to evolve into hubs for conversation.
We believe that together, we can do more. Everyone can help shape the future of the data economy. And everyone should have the opportunity to benefit from data and AI insights generated from it.
“We are in a unique position to be a part of shaping the future of the data ecosystem. By working with the right partners, projects, protocols and team members, we believe we can create an ecosystem that can benefit everyone that wants to be involved. It’s great to have Chris join the team and we’re looking forward to focusing our marketing on collaboration” stated Robin Lehmann, Co-Founder & CEO of DataUnion.
With more than 14 years marketing experience, and 6 years specifically working with blockchain projects, Chris’ strategic and hands-on approach is a great addition to the growing team. In 2018 he joined the senior leadership team of a regulated stock exchange to lead the marketing efforts for a new regulated blockchain exchange.
Chris Bruno commented “DataUnion is at the forefront of a web3 disruption of how data is collected, annotated, verified and monetised. Together, we’ll shape a future data ecosystem, on top of Ocean Protocol and other chains, that’s fair, open, transparent and most importantly, will benefit all those involved in the process. I’m thrilled to be part of such a forward thinking project”.
As a starting point in our on-going efforts to inspire collaboration, we have recently released a brand new format for content about our involvement in the Sovereign Nature Initative’s Winter Hackathon. The format and channel is focused around inviting others to join and shape new DataUnions by connecting with one another (our efforts to create a better data ecosystem for everyone involved).
